Dignity
We respect every person’s choices, privacy, routines, and independence.
Meet our founder
Gentle Care of Montgomery was founded from lived experience, professional knowledge, and a belief that every client should be treated like family.

April Williams, Founder
For more than 17 years, April Williams has worked in caregiving and healthcare environments, including hospitals, nursing homes, home-care agencies, and community service organizations. Those years taught her that families need more than help with a task—they need caregivers who are dependable, respectful, observant, and truly compassionate.
April created Gentle Care of Montgomery to build the kind of agency she would trust with her own loved ones: one where dignity comes first, communication matters, and every client is seen as a whole person.
She holds an Associate Degree in Business Management from Glen Oaks Community College and has completed business-development coursework in entrepreneurial finance, human resources and workforce leadership, nonprofit and community-based organizations, and healthcare marketing and client retention.
“Caring for others is not just what we do—it is who we are.”
We respect every person’s choices, privacy, routines, and independence.
Families and referral partners deserve consistent, responsive communication.
We bring patience, kindness, and genuine human connection into every home.
